Yesterday, Apple quietly launched a new iMac. The iMac takes on a lower-end 21.5-inch design with a dual-core i3 processor. This iMac is $200 cheaper than the current bottom model iMac that’s available to the public.

Prior to now, Apple’s Fusion drive was only available for the high-end 21.5-inch iMac, 27-inch iMacs, and the top model Mac mini. Starting today, Apple is now offering the Fusion drive for built-to-order bottom model 21.5-inch iMacs.

I’m already pretty impressed by the Wi-Fi on my MacBook Pro. Sure, it’s nothing special,  but I’ve found it to be extremely reliable when uploading or downloading. Partnered with my Time Machine, I’d say the MacBook Pro wins in the Wi-Fi department. Now, there’s a possibility it could get even better in the near future.
