This week we take some time to discuss the rumors surrounding a redesigned flat version of iOS. Jony Ive has taken over UI design for iOS and this could mean that iOS 7 gets a complete redesign. Would a Metro style iOS 7 work? I’m worried about a new design, but I guess we’ll all have to wait for its unveiling at WWDC 2013.

Did you hear the news? Samsung launched a new Passbook clone app called Wallet. I’m all for expanding functionality to other platforms, but Samsung sure does take a lot of “inspiration” from Apple designs. Don’t believe me? Check out this article and see the similarities for yourself. By the way, this isn’t the first time Samsung has been “inspired” by Apple designs.

Here comes another storm of iPad rumors. It appears that iPad 5 cases with a mini-inspired design are beginning to hit Chinese websites. They’re even available for order. I wouldn’t doubt that Apple has plans to give the iPad 5 a new design, but aren’t we jumping the gun a bit here?
This is definitely something from the future. Apple’s recently published patent reveals a slap bracelet iWatch design with a flexible display that wraps around your wrist. Just think, you could display a neon ’90s design/pattern on it and turn it into a retro bracelet.
If you’re thinking about buying a MacBook Air, I’d hold off for a little while. Apple’s next MacBook Air offering could be the best yet if these rumors are true. There may be a new MacBook added to the Retina family later this year.
This week we discuss all of the possible features and specifications of Apple’s rumored “iWatch.” What would an iWatch do? Apple has never released an iOS device that required another one. The best possible scenario is for Apple to create an iWatch that would work as a stand-alone device.

If you haven’t picked up the fourth generation iPad yet, I’d keep on waiting. Leaked photos of Apple’s iPad 5 have surfaced and it looks very sleek. If these photos are real, the fifth generation iPad will have the same body style as its miniature brother.
