Summary:

Meet the fifth generation iPod touch. This thing is pretty darn amazing and is well worth the money if you're looking for one music player to rule them all. It's the closest thing to an iPhone 5, without actually being one.

About the iPod touch 5G from Apple’s website:

The new iSight camera lets you take your best shots. Facebook integration gives you plenty to post about. (Or you can just ask Siri to post for you.) And, of course, there are endless games to play and endless music to listen to. All on the thinnest, lightest iPod touch ever.

They weren’t lying when they said it’s the thinnest iPod touch ever. This thing is stupidly thin, but feels pretty durable. It’s made from the same anodized aluminum as the iPhone 5, and has the same four inch Retina display.

I highly recommend picking one up if you didn’t get an iPhone 5, or are looking for something that’s much more than a music player. If you’d like to buy one, I recommend purchasing it here from Amazon. You’ll get free shipping, and won’t have to fight any lines at the Apple Store. This model starts at 32GB for $299.
